2026–27 Ski Instructor Positions Available

SKIWI Ski School is currently looking for English-speaking ski instructors, as well as snowboard instructors who are also able to teach skiing.
We are seeking passionate instructors who love teaching and provide excellent customer service. Duties include teaching both group and private lessons for adults and children.
【Qualifications】
★ Priority will be given to applicants who can communicate in Japanese and teach both skiing and snowboarding ★
Applicants must hold qualifications from ISIA member countries eligible for applying for a Japanese work permit.

【Requirements & Job Description】

Certified and experienced ski instructors (Level 1–4)
-
Minimum 36 months of teaching experience
-
Professional, well-presented, and highly motivated individuals
-
ISIA member qualification holders
-
Applicants eligible for a Japanese Working Holiday Visa are welcome
-
Must own personal snowsports equipment
-
Fluent English required
-
Friendly and outgoing personality
-
Positive attitude and good manners
-
Responsible, energetic, passionate, punctual, and reliable

Customer service experience preferred

Strong interest in learning about different cultures
【Employment Conditions】

Assistance with ski race preparation several times during February and March

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
※ We strongly encourage staff to take two days off per week except during busy periods such as New Year holidays and weekends. -

Minimum commitment for full-season instructors:
December 20th – March 31st
We are also looking for assistant instructors who are already residents in Japan.
Instructor qualifications are not required for this position.
